Allow Ceres residents to participate in the 2026 Works Plan survey in a secure, auditable and scalable way.

Solution

Web platform with Astro, Node.js, Redis and PostgreSQL, deployed with Docker, with Firebase authentication.

Process

1. 1Survey flow design and unique vote validation
2. 2Astro frontend with Tailwind for fast experience
3. 3Express backend with Redis for cache and PostgreSQL for data
4. 4Firebase Auth integration for resident identification
5. 5Deployment at encuesta.ceres.gob.ar

Results

Platform in production. Residents actively participate in defining the 2026 Works Plan.
